Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Our products are made to order, just like the communities we celebrate.

Each hat is custom embroidered specifically for you, which means all sales are final.

Why no general returns?
Producing custom merchandise responsibly helps us reduce waste and support ethical production. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an error on our end, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping Policy

Every hat is custom embroidered with intention and care.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

International Orders
We proudly ship internationally. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes required by their country.
