We collect only the information needed to operate memberships, chapters, events and communications.
Effective September 22, 2026. This policy should receive final legal review before launch.
Information we collect
Registration may include your name, email, optional phone, city and region, chosen heritage flags, interests, account settings and consent history.
How we use it
We use this information to maintain your account, match voluntary chapter interest, review organizer applications, provide approved communications and report privacy-safe aggregate movement totals.
What stays private
Your phone, exact location, interests and flags are not placed on public maps or directories. Flags remain private unless you expressly choose to display them.
Staff access
Access is limited by staff responsibility. Authorized community leaders may review applications and communication status; support access is limited to what is needed for assistance.
Your choices
You may change email and SMS choices in your member account. Revoking consent does not erase the audit record that proves when a preference changed.
