IMAG Creator Program Terms
These terms explain how IMAG creators share the movement, earn commissions and get paid. By applying you agree to them.
Please review these terms with your own advisor if you have questions. IMAG may update the commission rate or rules with notice in your Creator Dashboard.
Eligibility and approval
You need an active IMAG member account. Every application is reviewed by IMAG, and commissions are only earned after your account is approved. IMAG may decline, pause or end any creator account, including for misleading promotion or suspected fraud.
Your referral link
Approved creators receive a personal, permanent link and code. When someone opens your link, they are credited to you for the attribution window shown in your dashboard (30 days at launch). If a shopper opens more than one creator link, the most recent link gets the credit.
Commissions
- Commissions are a percentage of eligible product revenue (currently hats), after discounts.
- Shipping, sales tax and fees are never included.
- A commission is only created after a payment is confirmed by our payment processor.
- Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks reduce or reverse the related commission, including after payout.
- Buying through your own link, or with your own email, does not earn a commission.
Payouts
New commissions start as pending. IMAG reviews and approves them, then pays approved balances monthly by bank transfer or PayPal. Payouts are recorded in your dashboard. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings, and IMAG may request tax forms before paying.
Disclosure is required
Whenever you promote IMAG, clearly say you earn a commission — in the post, video or caption itself, not only in your bio. Use plain words like “#ad”, “IMAG partner” or “I earn a commission from this link.” Say it out loud in videos. Never make false claims about products, Buy One Give One, or the movement.
Brand use
You may use the marketing materials in your dashboard to promote IMAG. Do not alter the logo, buy ads on IMAG brand names, or use spam, fake reviews or misleading tactics.
